BEFORE THE TREATMENT

Before you undertake a Cryolipolysis proceeding, it is essential to prepare your body by making a small adjustment to your way of life:

  • Drink plenty of water.

  • For 48 hours, it's best to stop drinking alcohol.

  • Limit your consumption of caffeine

  • It is best to stop smoking a couple of days before the treatment.

  • Follow a well-balanced diet, don't forget to include plenty of fruits and vegetables and fewer simple carbohydrates.

AFTER THE TREATMENT

Even though Cryolipolysis has been certified as a safe cosmetic procedure , we advise the following:

  • Drink eight glasses of water daily. We recommend having with you a bottle of water so you can drink consistently throughout the day. If you prefer, you can infuse the water with lemons and limes to add a sparkling flavor. Drinking plenty of water after the treatment supports your body to get rid of the dead fat cells faster through the lymphatic system.

  • It is an excellent idea to move the body a minimum of 10 minutes per day. When you exercise, you boost the essence of the dead fat cells and boost your immune system.

  • We strongly suggest eating a well-balanced diet and, whenever possible reduce the consumption of alcohol and simple carbohydrates.

  • It is an excellent idea to take inulin daily. Read the label and follow the recommended dosage.

  • If necessary, drink one cup of coffee daily.

  • Keep in mind that the treatment procedure lasts about six to twelve weeks, and during this time, you should reduce or avoid alcohol.

  • Make sure to refrain from taking hot baths, showers, steam, or heat treatments 24 hours.

  • A fantastic way to trigger the lymphatic system is to brush your body daily. Doing this allows your body to dispose of fat cells naturally.

  • Don't forget that another fantastic way to enhance eliminating the fat cells is by having a lymphatic massage.

  • During the length of the program, don't take Aspirin and Ibuprofen.

  • It is essential to understand that even though Cryolipolysis is an effective treatment to reduce fat cells, it is best to adopt a healthier lifestyle to continue seeing the results.

  • Please don't forget that a professional must keep an eye on your results after the proceeding. Most clinics demand two maintenance appointments at weeks 6 and 12. Usually, these consultations are included in the aftercare proceeding.

  • Make sure to consult a professional to learn about what to expect before, during, and after the treatment.
